Questions customers ask
How fast is delivery?
Inside Dhaka we deliver within 24 hours. Outside Dhaka it takes 2–3 working days through our courier partner.
How much is the delivery charge?
৳60 inside Dhaka and ৳120 for the rest of Bangladesh. Orders over ৳1,500 get free delivery.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. You can pay cash when the parcel arrives, or pay with bKash or Nagad at checkout.
Is your honey really pure?
Every batch is tested in the lab for added sugar and moisture. We only sell honey from our own beekeepers.
Can I check the product before paying?
Yes. Open the parcel in front of the delivery person. If anything is wrong, return it and pay nothing.
How do I track my order?
Open Track order, enter your order number and mobile number. You also get an SMS when the parcel leaves.
What if a product is damaged?
Tell us within 3 days with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you — no questions asked.
Do you sell in bulk for shops or offices?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp for wholesale prices on honey, oil, rice and spices.
